Nature in my front yard

Highly unusual to see a flying squirrel out and about during the day but here is one on my suet feeder.

And this morning, two hen turkeys walked through the yard with a dozen or so chicks! Too cute!

Stamp Club July Sketch Challenge

No embellishments - not a brad, flower, ribbon or bling to be found! The sketch challenge is from the most recent "Take Ten" magazine.



I colored the main image, from PrintWorks, with distress reinkers and a water brush. I cut out the flowers and popped them in the basket. The dp is from BasicGrey. That's it!

We had a thunderstorm Sunday night and my son took this picture looking down the river. Pretty cool, huh?

Memorial Day Weekend Fun!

No stamping once again but we did have fun on the water with our son and his family. Here's our youngest granddaughter Piper, soon to be one, playing Daniel Boone.
