Spring Tulips

My turn to provide the shoebox project for stamp club in May and this was my original project but decided to change it up so posting this card now.

The kraft cardstock is Crumb Cake from Stampin' Up. The main image is a vintage stamp from Stampa Rosa which is no longer in business to my knowledge. (I keep many of my old favorite stamps.) I stamped the image on the kraft cs in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and colored with Prismacolor pencils then trimmed by hand. The sentiment is from Flourishes and stamped in the same black ink and cut with Spellbinders Labels Four and mounted behind the main image. The background is a Sizzix embossing folder embossed on the kraft paper then swiped with Colorbox's white pigment ink then mounted on white folded cardstock. I'm lovin' the look of white and kraft together and coloring with prismacolor pencils. My newest favorite technique.
