This card has been sitting on my desk for a year and a half!!! Finally, getting around to posting it! I created this card for a group of friends getting together to share ideas.
I believe this technique should be available on-line at Stampendous since it is a metal stencil technique. I applied matte black embossing paste over the stencil. Once dry, place the stencil back on top of the image and tap a glue pad over the entire image. Then start tapping various colors of Pearl Ex or other similar product with a stencil brush over the image and let dry. I'm sure I did an awful job of explaining the technique but an internet search should come up with a much better explanation.
